2012 round up

As we begin the new year 2013 we would just like to reflect on all the highlights that we had in the past year.
SoulToniq Music:
2012 was an exciting year for SoulToniq having managed to get onto the biggest radio stations in South Africa, making it onto the YFM playlist, Metro FM(Oskido I beleive) and 5FM(rocking the republic).
2012 also saw our first official releases having released Music Movement ft Zwe & Nkhosana under Dash Deep(Canada) records, which went on to be compiled in Vocal House Bombs 2012 that was put together by Club femme and just recently compiled in an Ultimate Beach House compilation by Baccara.
We also had the Sumtimes it Happens E.P released under Big Mamas House Records (Germnay).

SoulToniq events:

2012 saw the birth of SoulToniq events and through out the year we managed to have 8 events in and around Braamfontein and the University of the witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa.
We were fortunate to have some of the best artists and DJs at our events, who are making their presence felt in the South African music industry like DJ Question Mark, Razor Da Kid (ShizNiz Mixtape king 2012), The Antidotes, DJ Mtshepang(Ocha Records), AB Crazy (Kalawa Jazmee HipHop), Toya De Lazy(Sony Music) just to name a few. 2013 we are set to bring more events with more artist and DJs and more entertainement.

A huge THANK YOU to all those that have taken the time to go through our blog and followed us throughout the year. We have just reached the 10000 page views mark and we will continue to keep you updated on all that is happening under the SoulToniq movement.
