"Colani M. Msibi & Lwazi P. Magagula also known as NEWW BLACK are a DJ /Producer duo from Manzini, Swaziland. Their venture into music production was in 2012. As self-taught and unsigned, the duo has been pushing their promo releases using social media to gain attraction within the local house music scene. Their production is influenced by a variety of music genres, including Tech-house, trance, nu disco, nu soul, deep house, reggae and 

hip hop. Their unique sound is a fusion of all elements of the respective music genres that creates a funky-like feel into their music. Sampling and manipulating vocals extensively is the order of the day for these two, which is why their music comes packed with a ton of surprises and this no wonder given their love for effect processing, which most of their music heavily relies on. 

Nearly five years into the music industry came their first official release titled “Neww Black”, a two-track Extended Play (EP) debuted on traxsource under +268 recordings on August 4th 2017. This EP won the hearts of a vast number of house music fans, DJ’s, label heads, producers and promoters across Swaziland and beyond borders.This response led the duo to conduct a mini-tour dubbed “Neww Black Tour”, organized and managed by +268 recordings’ very own DJ Mseto.
